I've been working on this a list a while. I know it's incomplete. In fact I am pretty sure there are shows that I have posted about on the blog that I forgot to include here. As always we'd love to hear from readers concerning any additions, omissions, or corrections.
1 vs 100 (NBC)
Hosted by actor-comedian Bob Saget a single player competes against one hundred contestants, nicknamed the "mob", in answering a series of trivia questions, each of which is presented in a multiple-choice format (A,B,C) with three possible answers.
 Summer - Houston Texans Cheerleaders and Everyone's favorite Cheerleader/Aerospace Engineer Summer was a contestant in February 2008.
Age of Love (NBC)
The reality show pits women in their 20s against women in their 40s for the love of tennis star Mark Philippoussis.
 Amanda - NHL Nashville Predators Dance Team. Amanda, one of the women in her 20s, is a student at MTSU. She is featured in a Tennessee Lottery commercial and is a Shop At Home Network model. She's also appeared in numerous music videos. In the end Mark chose Amanda.
 Kelli - Los Angeles Raiderettes Kelli, one of ladies in her 40s, is a legal secretary. She was sent home by Mark at the end of week 4.

The Amazing Race (CBS)
In The Amazing Race teams of two race around the world in competition with other teams.
 Amie Barsky - Philadelphia Sixers Dancers, Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders In the inaugural season of The Amazing Race Paul & Amie (aka Engaged Couple) got lost in the Tunisian Desert and were eliminated on the 5th leg of the race. Today they are married and working as actors in California.
 Alison Irwin - Columbus Bombshells, Orlando Predators Prowlers After finishing first in the first leg of the 5th edition of The Amazing Race, Allison her boyfriend Danny (aka Dating Couple) were eliminated in the very next leg. Their decision to take a bus rather than a taxi in Buenos Aires proved to be their undoing.
 Marsha McCoy - Jacksonville ROAR Marsha McCoy and her step-dad Jim (aka Military Dad & Daughter) were participants in the 5th edition of the Amazing Race. They were the third team eliminated when they ran into airline troubles in Argentina.
 Starr Spangler - Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Starr and her brother Nick were on the 13th edition of TAR which debuted in September of 2008.
America's Cutest Puppies (Women's Entertainment Television)
Everyone thinks their puppy is the cutest, but WEtv is on a mission to find THE cutest puppy in America.
 Gina - Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders Gina was a celebrity judge when America's Cutest Puppies visited Philadelphia.
 Lori Baranski - New England Patriots Cheerleaders Lori was a celebrity judge when America's Cutest Puppies visited Boston.
America's Got Talent (NBC)
It'ss a talent show that features singers, dancers, magicians, comedians and other performers of all ages competing for the advertised top prize of $1 million.
 Dallas Desperados Dancers On the third season of AGT the Dallas Desperados Dancers, performing as a group, made it all the way to Las Vegas and The Top 40 before being sent home.
American Idol (FOX)
Do I really have to explain American Idol?
 Kristin Holt - Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders TCU grad Kristin was a semi-finalist on the first season of American Idol. She returned in the second season as a correspondent for the show. She's is now the vocalist for the band Stranger Days, and is currently in the studio recording an album.

 Nikky Williams - Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders, Georgia Force Cheerleaders, af2 Macon Knightingales. Atlanta Braves Tomahawk Team In the Atlanta auditions in the first season of American Idol Nikki set expectations decidedly low by saying, "I'm not as good as y'all." But hey, the way she said it was cute. She was very patriotic, wearing a shirt that looked like the American flag. Apparently, Simon Cowell was feeling patriotic as well, as he told her "You have something rare in this competition…it's called personality." And she was off to Hollywood.
 Nadia Turner - Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders In season four of American Idol Nadia made it all the way to the Final Eight before being eliminated. She's now a successful recording artist and recently made her acting debut.
Are You Hot? (ABC)
Subitiled: The Search for America's Sexiest People. A panel of judges including Lorenzo Lamas, Rachel Hunter and Randolph Duke evaluated contestants on the sole criterion of their physical attractiveness.
 Amber Lancaster - Seattle Seagals Amber was a contestant during the show's only season.
Average Joe (NBC)
Average Joe tried to get 16 ordinary men to win over the heart of a beauty queen.
 Melana Scantlin - Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleaders A former Miss Missouri USA, Melana was the star of the first season of Average Joe. She was expecting to start off meeting a bunch of hunks, but was instead inundated with mostly plain-looking and/or obese suitors. Later on in the show, three model types of men were brought in to compete against the Average Joes. She chose "pretty boy" Jason Peoples over "average Joe" Adam Mesh.
The Bachelor (ABC)
The series revolves around a bachelor courted by 25 women. The show follows the bachelor as he goes on a series of dates with the women, some of them group dates, some one-on-one dates.
 Cole Martin - Oakland Raiderettes Cole was on The Bachelor: Paris. She survived the first rose ceremony, but was sent home at the end of the second episode.
 Mary Delgado - Tampa Bay Buccaneers Mary was originally on season four of "The Bachelor" with Bob Guiney. She made it through to the final three Bachelorettes before being sent home without a rose. On season six of "The Bachelor," Mary was brought back to compete for the heart of professional bass fisherman Byron Velvick, who gave Mary the final rose.
 Ali Dudek - Seattle Sea Gals, Seattle Sonics Dance Team Ali was on The Bachelor: Paris. On the first episode Dr. Travis Stork was forced to send half the women home and Ali was one of them.
 Julie Dudra - San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush Julie was on Season Five and the Bachelor was NY Giants backup QB Jesse Palmer. On a group date they helped build a house for Habitat for Humanity. Julie left after the third episode.
 Gina - Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders In season 7 Gina had a kicking contest when she met Bachelor Charlie O'Connell. She was sent home after the second rose ceremony.
 Jenni - Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Miami Heat Dancers, Phoenix Suns Dancers Jenni made it all the way to the final rose ceremony on The Bachelor 11 before Bachelor Brad inexplicably chose neither lady.
 Kindle - Dallas Mavericks Dancers, Tennessee Titans Cheerleaders Kindle got to fence with Season 7 Bachelor Charlie O'Connell, but was sent home after the 4th rose ceremony.
 Trista Rehn-Sutter - Miami Heat Dancers Trista was the runner-up on the first season of The Bachelor.
The Bachelorette (ABC)
A spin-off series from The Bachelor, The Bachelorette follows one woman in the search for her own Mr. Right from a pool of 25 eligible young men
 Trista Rehn-Sutter - Miami Heat Dancers Trista was the first bachelorette. She selected Ryan Sutter. The couple's televised wedding, broadcast as the finale of a three-episode special Trista & Ryan's Wedding drew over 26 million viewers. They now live in Colorado and are expecting their first child.
Beauty & The Geek (WB)
Billed as "The Ultimate Social Experiment" 8 "beauties" (young women who have relied primarily on their looks thus far in life) and 8 "geeks" (young men who have relied primarily on intellect and are socially inept) are paired up to compete as couples.
 Krystal Tini - Philadelphia Sixers Dancers Krystal and her partner Mensa member Bard Hooker were eliminated in week three.
Beg Borrow and Deal (ESPN)
The show pitted two teams of four against each other. The object of the game was to get from one point to another by doing various tasks related to sports. The first team to complete a minimum number of tasks and have all members cross the finish line together won the game. There was one major catch: contestants could not carry money, credit cards, or debit cards with them on the trip.
 Aubrey Aquino - Sacramento Kings Fast Break Dance Team, Oakland Raiderettes, Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders Aubrey had some great adventures including catching a pass at Veteran's Stadium, but her team (Team Contact) did not win.

Big Brother (CBS)
A number of people live together full-time in a 'Big Brother House', isolated from the outside world but under the continuous gaze of television cameras.
 Alison Irwin - Columbus Bombshells, Orlando Predators Prowlers On Big Brother 4 Alison finished runner-up to Jun Song after eighty-two days in the house, for which she received $50,000. In 2006 Alison returned to the Big Brother house to take part in the All Stars edition. She was the first to be eliminated by a vote of 8-2.
 Carol - Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleaders Carol was the first person evicted from Big Brother 8.
 Jennifer Vasquez - Dallas Desperados Dancers
During Big Brother 6 Jennifer survived the longest competition in Big Brother history, a fourteen hour endurance challenge, by outlasting and deceiving Kaysar. She was evicted on Day 48.
 Jessica - Wichita Thunder Lighting Dance Team, Wichita Wild Dance Team On Big Brother 8 Jessica made it to the final 6 before being evicted.
The Celebrity Apprentice (NBC)
Donald Trump returns with a celebrity only edition of his franchise reality show. This time instead of competing for a job with the Donald, contestants battle for their favorite charities.
 Tiffany Fallon - Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders Tiffany was the first person fired in the boardroom after her team lost a hot dog selling challenge.

Dancing with the Stars (ABC)
The concept of the show is to pair a celebrity with a professional dancer in an attempt to win a high score from a panel of three judges and then a high number of votes from the viewers, who can call in and vote online.
 Trista Rehn-Sutter - Miami Heat Dancers In season one Trista and her partner Louis van Amstel were eliminated first.
 Stacey Keibler - Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders Stacy Keibler and her partner Tony Dovolani received two perfect scores on their way to finishing third in the show's second season.
DanceLife (MTV)
The series follows the lives of six dancers trying to break into the world of professional dance and trying to "make it" in Hollywood.
 Michelle "Jersey" Maniscalco - Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders In episode four Jersey ends up getting a gig with Ashlee Simpson.
Deal or No Deal (NBC)
Each game starts with the contestant selecting one of the cases—this first case's value is not known until the game ends. During the rest of the game, the contestant opens the rest of the cases, one at a time, revealing its value.
 Bonnie-Jill Laflin - Golden State Warrior Girls, San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Los Angeles Xtreme Cheerleaders Bonnie-Jill held briefcase #15 during the very first week the show aired. She is now a scout for the Lakers and the assistant general manager for the NBDL Los Angeles Defenders.
 Krissy Carlson - Anaheim Angels Cheerleaders, Los Angeles Xtreme Cheerleaders (XFL), Portland BlazerDancers, NLL Portland LumberJax Dance Team In 2008 Krissy began holding Briefcase #16.
 Brooke Long - Miami Heat Dancers, San Diego Charger Girls, the Laker Girls, Los Angeles Avengers A-Team Brooke held briefcase #15 during the second season of the show.
 Jany Collaco - San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush Jany had some bad luck. She knocked out all the top dollar values and ended up winning only $750.
Dog Eat Dog (NBC)
Contestants nominated who they thought would fail a given challenge, which would either be a mental or physical one. If they failed, they went to the "Loser's Bench," and if they won, they got to choose who went to that area of the studio.
 Lisa Ligon - Washington Redskins Cheerleaders, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Lisa was the big winner walking away with $25,000 on the second episode of the series.
In a special NFL Cheerleader edition of Dog Eat Dog Tiffany (Jacksonville ROAR), Michelle (Broncos Cheerleaders), Nicole (Eagles Cheerleaders) Angela (Cincinnati Ben-Gals) Sheila (Seattle Sea Gals) and Ayesha (Buccaneers Cheerleaders) squared off against one another. Angela was the last Cheerleader standing, but when she went up against the dog pound, the losers ended up winning and split $25,000 five ways.

Fame (NBC)
Fame aired in the summer of 2003. The show was essentially NBC's attempt to duplicate the success of mega-hit American Idol.
 Shannon Bex- Portland BlazerDancers Shannon took second place. The top four finalists competed in the final epsiode. During the show, the four were cut to just two, Shannon and Harlemm Lee. Shannon performed the disco classic, I will Survive, and received a standing ovation. She's now a member of the girl group Danity Kane.
Family Feud (Syndicated)
A television game show that pits two families against each other in a contest to name the most popular responses to a survey-type question posed to 100 people.
 Layla El - Miami Heat Dancers During the week of November 5, 2007, Layla appeared on an episodes of with other wrestlers including Ric Flair.
Fear Factor (NBC)
The show pits contestants against each other to complete a series of stunts better and/or quicker than all the other contestants for a grand prize of $50,000.
 Krisandra - Minnesota Timberwolves Dancers, Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders, Minnesota Swarm Performance Team Krisandra ate three African Cave Dwelling Spiders in her second stunt. In the next stunt involving Las Vegas taxi cabs suspended 100 feet in the air Krisandra was eliminated when her jump between the two taxis failed.
 Nekesha Givens - Orlando Magic Dancers Nekesha was on a special all-female edition of NBC's Fear Factor. In the first stunt a square, rotating platform spun above the water near the dock. Each lady would start atop the platform and make her way to a rope hanging from a far corner. The rope crossed down the center of the square to a smaller, lower platform. By climbing down the rope and releasing a Fear Factor flag, the ladies would complete the stunt.
In the second stunt Joe Rogan revealed a tank filled with electric eels! He then explained that each eel contained over 1,000 volts of electricity! Players had to transfer six eels from one side of tank to the other - using only one hand to avoid a deadly shock. Nekesha was up first and struggled to grab the eels. With each grab, she recoiled from the stinging shock. In 56 seconds, she transferred the six eels.
In the third stunt a barrel was suspended from a helicopter. Each girl would have to ride the barrel like a bucking bronco as it swayed and spun above the water. Nekesha went last needing to last 36 seconds to win, however, at 28 seconds she fell.
 Tamica Lee - New Orleans Saintsations Tamica started off strong. The first stunt was to navigate a rigging system and climb out onto two separate poles and release flags. The catch was that the entire rig was on topof a 90-ton dump truck that would be in motion the entire time. On last stunt a car was placed on a giant bar-b-cue spit and rotated faster and faster. Contestants had to collect 16 flags attached to the car. Tamica collected 8 finishing third.
 Terra Watson - Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders
A scaffold-like structure is suspended over the water. Contestants must climb a rope ladder, make it to the other end using only their hands, release the flag, and fall into the water while the structure is spinning. The 2 men and 2 women that make it the fastest or farthest will move on.
Terra it up the ladder, but grabs onto the scaffold facing the wrong way. She manages to spin around and decides that the best way to handle this obstacle is to just hang there. Terra hangs on for a few seconds before losing her grip in 50.3 seconds and doesn't advance to the next challenge.
For Love or Money (NBC)
It's basically a dating game show where the chosen winner will choose to stay with the bachelor or will take home a million dollars but without any further contact with the bachelor.

I'd Do Anything (ESPN)
Sports fans who dream of playing golf with Tiger or joining Serena Williams for an afternoon of tennis, could see their dreams become reality if they have a friend or loved one willing to 'do anything' for them.
In one episode 4 NBA Dancers competed against each other.
 Brooke Bandura Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders- Phoenix Suns Dancers Brooke played for her nephew, 9-year old Jacob Talbot, whose dream is to ride with Jeff Gordon.
 Deanna Clover - Orlando Magic Dancers Deanna played for her mom, Donna Jo Hinson, whose dream is to cycle with Lance Armstrong.
 Nicole Bell - Chicago Luvabulls Nicole played for her grandmother Lucille Bell, whose dream is to sit in the press box at Wrigley Field where Harry Carey used to sit.
 Kate Arnold - Washington Wizards Dancers Kate Arnold was competing for her father to play golf with Jack Nicklaus.
After winning a competition called ‘The 5K Buffet’, in which contestants had to complete eight laps around a track while downing a half pound of food between each lap, Kate, four pounds heavier, advanced to the finals.
In the finals, contestants had to complete a series of underwater tasks, with only a small hole in which to surface for air. The rest of the pool surface was set ablaze, and a face full of fire awaited anyone that tried to surface in the wrong spot.
She won the final competition, and the opportunity to fulfill a dream for her dad.

Match Game (CBS/Syndicated)
Hosted by Gene Rayburn, and remembered for the bawdy and sometimes rowdy humor as contestants tried to match six celebrities answers.
 Michelle Turner - Los Angeles Rams Cheerleaders
Michele also appeared as a contestant in the late 70’s and won $1,000.00.
Meet My Folks (NBC)
On Meet My Folks u the parents of a 20-something female get to choose between three male bachelors. The parents get to know the singles and so does their child. The bachelors spend three days with their potential Miss Right -- and her family in their home. During the course of the long weekend, each contestant's character and intentions are put to the test through a series of revealing conversations and interactions with the parents of their potential love match. The ultimate victor will enjoy a week in Hawaii with the woman of his dreams – if he gets her family's blessings.
 Janelle - San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush
Janelle's parents chose the charming 22-year old and recent college grad Dylan to go to Hawaii with them and Janelle.

Paradise Hotel (FOX)
Paradise Hotel aired in 2003. In the show, a group of single people live in a luxurious hotel resort, competing to see who can stay in the hotel the longest. Periodically, someone is removed from the show, and others are brought in to replace them. Each week couples pair off and must share a hotel room together. One person is left over, and he or she has to leave.
 Amy - Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders Amy, who's now one of the Sweethearts for Soldiers, was a guest on Paradise Hotel.
Popularity Contest (CMT)
The contestants hailing from big cities around the nation are dropped into the small town of Vega, Texas, where they live for 28 days. The winner voted "most popular" is awarded $100,000. The twist? At the first town meeting, the town's residents find out that they will be in contention for a piece of the prize. The person voted "most popular" will award a cash prize to the resident of his or her own choice. A game that begins with 10 contestants turns into a game played by the whole town.
 Ali Dudek - Seattle Sea Gals, Seattle Sonics Dance Team Ali charmed the resident of Vega and showed off her dance moves winning a talent competition. She ended up finishing in 4th place.
The Price is Right (CBS)
America's longest running game show.
 Tandra Cromer - Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders
A five-year veteran of the DCC, Tandra spent a week in 1994 auditioning to be one of Barker's Beauties.
Bob Barker talks to Tandra.
 Amber Lancaster - Seattle Seagals In 2008 Amber began work as one of the rotating models on TPiR.
 Melanie Snare - Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders In 2006 coming off her Pro Bowl appearance Melanie won a trio Sports Stuff Towables and a digital electric piano and made it all the way to the Showcase Showdown.

 Annette Quinn - Los Angeles/Oakland Raiderettes Annette also auditioned as one of Barker's Beauties on the fall of 1995.
 Jen (Mosely) Ryen - Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Since 2003 Jen has been one of the rotating models on The Price is Right. Thanks to the show's flexible schedule she continues to also appear in independent films and television series.

Project Runway (Bravo)
Contestants compete with each other to create the best clothes and are usually restricted in time, materials, and theme. Their designs are judged and one or more designers are eliminated each week.
 Layla El - Miami Heat Dancers In February 2008 Designers had use their unexpected clients – the WWE Divas including Layla – to create a fantasy and use their designs to tell a story.
The Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll (The CW)
The series followed a group of young women as they went through an audition process to join the girl group, the Pussycat Dolls. The contestants, who also lived together during the course of the series, were groomed by the group's founder Robin Antin and were judged on their vocal and dancing ability.
 Asia Nitollano - Knicks City Dancers
After being declared the winner of The Search for the Next Doll, CW's head of programming, Dawn Orstroff explained that, Asia will not be the next doll, because in an overtly bold move, she skipped all the way to pursuing a solo career.

A Spanish Language version of Family Feud

R U the Girl? (UPN)
The show was a reality TV singing talent search contest for a talented person to appear on the next single of the all-female R&B band of TLC whose former member Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes died in a car crash in Honduras in April 2002.
 Meah Pace - Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders Meah made it all the way to the semi-finals on R U the Girl?. She's now a successful R&B artist and actress. From 2001-05 Meah was a member of a three girl R&B singing group called "Red".
The Real World (MTV)
The show focuses on the lives of seven strangers who audition to live together in a house for several months, as cameras record their interpersonal relationships. The show moves to a different city each season. First broadcast in 1992, The Real World is the longest-running program in MTV history.
Jenn - Oakland Raiderettes Jenn appeared on The Real World: Denver the 18th edition of the show.
Road Rules (MTV)
MTV's second reality show debuted in 1995. The series followed six strangers between the ages of 18 and 24 (five strangers in the first four seasons) after stripping them of their money and putting them on an RV traveling from location to location only guided by a set of clues and a mission to complete at each location.
 Michelle Parma - Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Michelle on the third seeason, Road Rules: Europe.
Michelle died in a tragic car accident in 2002.
Show Me the Money (ABC)
A short-lived television game show hosted by William Shatner
 Eva - Los Angeles Clipper Spirit Squad Eve was one the 13 "$1,000,000 Dancers" who held a scroll with a mystery dollar amount (think Brief Case Babes on Deal or No Deal).
In 2007 Eve won the 2007 WWE Diva Search.
So, You Think You Can Dance? (FOX)
The show has a similar premise to the American Idol series of singing competitions, with nationwide auditions leading to the discovery of the next big star. All contestants have to work their way through a rigorous audition process, and, over the course of the show, are assigned different dance styles and partners each week to test their versatility.
 Sandra Colton - Laker Girls Sandra appeared on the show's first season and was voted off in the first episode.
 Ashlee Nino - Dallas Desperados Dancers Ashley was on the show's second season. She made it to week five before she was voted off the show. Ashley is currently touring with Miley Cyrus & Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds Concert.
 Sara Von Gillern - Colorado Crush Girls, Denver Nuggets Mob Squad A contestant in season 3, Sara made it to the Final 8 before being voted off on August 2, 2007.
 Courtney Galiano - Knicks City Dancers In the 4th season of SYTYCD, Courtney made it to the season finale, but ultimately finished in 4th place.
Unan1mous (FOX)
Nine strangers are locked in a bunker and told they cannot leave until they unanimously choose to award one of them the grand prize money. Contestants are isolated from the outside world, and have no access to any time references. If a contestant leaves the bunker, the amount of the available prize is cut in half.
 Jamie Lane - Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders Jamie had to leave the bunker (and the show) half way through due to medical reasons.
Wade Robson Project (MTV)
In 2003 MTV aired The Wade Robson Project a dance contest hosted by famed choreographer Wade J. Robson.
 Jersey - Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders
At the LA auditions, Jersey's freestyle skills came in handy. (“At the auditions, I just showed off with what I would do at work,” she says. “I was totally fearless.”) After surviving two cuts, Jersey was chosen for the show and asked to fly back to L.A. one month later. “When I told my parents I was going to L.A., my mom was like, ‘You’re crazy!’ My dad warned me, ‘These people can spin on their heads; they’re amazing.’ I said, ‘You know what, Dad? I’m amazing, too.’” Wade and friends agreed—Jersey was selected as the show’s first runner-up.
WWE Diva Search (USA)
The WWE Diva Search is a talent competition held by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). The aim of the contest is to find the newest WWE Diva to add to the WWE roster.
 Layla El - Miami Heat Dancers In 2006 Layla won the $250,000 WWE Diva Search. During the week of November 5, 2007, Layla appeared on an episodes of Family Feud with other wrestlers including Ric Flair. Aubrey Aquino cheered for the Arizona Cardinals, Oakland Raiders and danced for the Sacramento Kings. She's a graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in Radio/TV Journalism. Aubrey anchored a morning show in Oregon and covered traffic from a plane over the Bay Area. She's also worked as the 12 News On-Time Traffic Reporter at KPNX-TV in Phoenix.

Kimberly Ball's first career was as an English teacher in the Dallas Independent School District. She thought both elementary and high school English for four years before making the move into the worked of broadcast journalism.
From a morning radio slot at MIX 102.9 in Dallas, she entered television as the morning show anchor for KETK-TV in Tyler. From there, she went on to Austin, were she anchored both the morning and noon newscasts for the CBS affiliate, KEYE-TV.
After Austin, it was on to Los Angeles, where she worked for E! Entertainment and then to KCBS/KCAL.
A graduate of Bishop Dunne High School, Kimberly attended Catholic schools all of her life. She says one of the most exciting things about college life at Loyola University in New Orleans was the chance to put up her uniform and wear her own clothes for once.
She soon found herself in another uniform, the one of a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. As a cheerleader for "America's Team," Kimberly not only cheered them onto victory in Super Bowl XXVIII at Atlanta's Georgia Dome, but also made lasting friends she will cherish for a lifetime!

Former San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush Cheerleader Julie Durda joined KPHO-TV (CBS 5) in Phoenix in November, 2006.
Julie was born and raised in Sacramento, Calif., where she started her career in broadcasting as a traffic and feature reporter in 2003 at KXTV. She continued her experience at KRON in San Francisco before coming to CBS 5. Julie is the head of the Time-Saver Traffic Team. Between 4:30 and 7am she helps early risers plan their commute. She graduated from American River College and attended Sacramento State, and is finishing her studies with a degree in meteorology from Mississippi State University.
Julie also appeared on the TV reality series The Bachelor.

Former Indianapolis Colts Cheerleader Megan Glaros attended Indiana University where she graduated with a double major in journalism and atmospheric sciences. During college she interned with Tom Skilling at WGN-TV in Chicago and at WRTV in Indianapolis. Megan then went on to work as a morning co-host and weather anchor at WTAP in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Now Megan is part of Miami's WPLG-TV Local 10 Weather Team and SportsJam Live.
Update: Starting in May 2008 Megan will be the new weekend weather forecaster for WCBS-TV in New York City.

Former Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader Najahe Hall is a morning anchor for KSLA-TV News 12 in Shreverport. She also anchors the noon newscast and reports for the station. Najahe comes to the Ark-La-Tex area from Casper, Wyoming where she was a primary anchor, producer, and reporter for KTWO-TV. Before that, Najahe worked as an anchor and reporter in Sioux City, Iowa. Throughout her broadcasting career Najahe has covered many interesting news stories including the 2004 Iowa caucuses.
When she's not working, Najahe enjoys skiing, dancing, and golfing with her husband, who is a golf professional. She also enjoys traveling and has had the opportunity to visit many countries including England, Italy, and Japan. "My travels have helped me develop a strong respect for various cultures. I have learned, behind every individual, there is a unique story waiting to be told." She holds a broadcast journalism degree from the University of Kansas, William Allen White School of Journalism.

Lindsey Kovacevich was a dancer for the NBA Denver Nuggets and a member of the CHL Colorado Eagles Dance Team the Eagles Chicks.
She was born in Ventura, California and grew up in Southern California most of her life. In 2002, Lindsey was off for an adventure to Colorado where she attended college at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. She was in Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and served as Vice President of Organization for a year. She spent her free time with friends and never missed a home football game to cheer on the Rams. In the spring of 2005, Lindsey was off to Rome, Italy where she attended the American Institute for Foreign Study. She got the full cultural experience and had the opportunity to take a history class on-site at many historic venues such as the Colosseum. Lindsey received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in media studies. Following an internship at KCNC channel 4 news in Denver, she moved to Roseburg, Oregon to start her first job as Anchor and Reporter at KPIC-TV.

Former Seattle Sea Gal Lauren Leeds is now reporter and anchor in Eastern Washington state. Lauren is an anchor on the 11 o'clock news for ABC-42 KVEW which serves the tri-cities area of Pasco, Richland, and Kennewick.

Former Miami Dolphins Cheerleader Mireya Mayor is a correspondent on National Geographic's Ultimate Explorer. She has taken viewers to the thick jungle of Madagascar, looking for a species of tiny mouse lemur she helped discover; to the Gulf of California, searching for powerful six-foot-long Humboldt squid, with teeth to make short work of prey; and diving with sharks. Mireya is currently obtaining her Ph.D. in anthropology from Stony Brook University in New York.

Former Utah Starzz Dancer Jessica Sanchez is a morning reporter for Local 6 First News in Orlando.
Jessica of Filipino/Hispanic ancestry, got her start in television 11 years ago after landing a role as co-host on KSL's Saturday morning kid's show "Zinj TV." It was during this time that she set her future goals in TV journalism, knowing one day it would be her career. After graduating from the University of Utah in 2000 and earning a degree in mass communication and a minor in psychology, Jessica decided to experience the "behind-the-scenes" aspect of TV news before jumping into reporting.
She worked at Salt Lake City's Fox 13 for two years as a video editor and associate producer. From there, she went to KPVI in Pocatello, Idaho, in 2002 as a weekend anchor/reporter. After putting in 18 months of one-man-banding, Jessica made the jump to Orlando in April 2004 as Local 6's morning reporter.

Stephanie Soviar is the newest member of the "Good Morning Indiana" team. She is pleased to represent Metro Networks on WRTV for her very first on-air job.
"Reporting traffic is a great fit for me. I love finding shortcuts around traffic accidents, and I like the fact that people can rely on me to save time on their commutes."
In 2003, Stephanie graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications. She worked at the campus news station, News Center 43, as an anchor and reporter. She was also the recipient of the prestigious Telecommunications Promotions Lilly Grant Award, and a member of Alpha Phi sorority.
Stephanie moved to Los Angeles after college to work in production at E! Entertainment Television. While there, she worked on red carpet affairs like the Academy Awards, Emmys, and SAG Awards. Stephanie also spent time in Ecuador working on the Miss Universe show.
Originally from Shelbyville, Stephanie considers herself a true-blue Hoosier, and has participated in many organizations around the city. She was a member of the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders for three years, and grew a love for auto racing, while working for the Indy Racing League and IMS Productions. She had the unique opportunity to interview Colin Powell and Russell Crowe during their trips to the Indianapolis 500. Stephanie also serves as a tutor for homeless children with the Mission on Wheels program in Indianapolis.
Update 10/29/06: According to The Indianapolis Star Stephanie is now at WTHR (Channel 13) where she covers local events, lifestyle and entertainment.

Lesley Stewart is the Coach and Choreographer of the CFL Hamilton Tiger-Cats Cheerleaders. She was also danced with the Toronto Argonauts Dance Team from 1995 to 2004 and was the head coach and coordinator for the Argos dance team since 2001.
Lesley is also the morning traffic reporter for CH Morning Live on CHTV in Hamilton. Lesley's a graduate of the Mohawk College Broadcast Journalism Course, where she studied Television and Radio, Public Relations as well as Media Law.

Ashlee Tate was an Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader while attending Arizona State University. She graduated from ASU with a BA in broadcast journalism. She is now a reporter with KFSN-TV the ABC affilliate in Fresno, CA.
In 2005, Ashlee was awarded 1st place from the Arizona AP Broadcasters Association in Enterprise News for her in-depth look at the drought conditions plaguing the desert southwest. She was also awarded Best Newscast for News channel 11's Today and was runner up Anchor of the Year for the state of Arizona.

In September of 2007 Natalie was named the newest anchor of the MountainWest Sports Network.
Natalie has worked for nine years as a sports anchor and reporter. She worked as weekend anchor for the Fox affiliate in New Orleans where she co-hosted various New Orleans Saints specials and weekly wrap-up shows.
She also covered sports in Tampa, including the World Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers, during her time as a sports reporter for the local CBS affiliate. Vickers also worked in Miami for a USA Network affiliate, WAMI.
Vickers, who grew up in California, doesn't just cover sports -- she gets involved. She worked as a Miami Dolphins cheerleader, played softball for Broward Community College in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and swam competitively at Elk Grove High school in Elk Grove, California.

Andrea Williams, former member of the Milwaukee Energee, the dance team for the Milwaukee Bucks, has her own radio show on Jammin' 98.3. From 6 to 9am Andrea provides the local news and weather during the syndicated Tom Joyner Show, and then at nine she takes over with her show that runs until noon. Andrea is a graduate of Central State (OH) University.

Mindy Winkler cheered for the Indianapolis Colts from 1998-2000 and was also a Windjammers Cheerleader/Dancer for the CISL Indiana Twisters (Pro Indoor Soccer team) from 1996-1998. Mindy is a Ball State alum with both her Bachelors and Masters degrees. She is currently a Traffic Anchor through Metro Networks/Westwood One for all of these radio stations Indianapolis Market: Z99.5 - WZPL, 104.5 JACK FM - WJJK, 107.9 the Track - WNTR, 102.5 Hit Country - WMDH, Shine 99 FM - WSHW, GOLD 95.9 - WIAU and ESPN 950 AM - WXLW. Mindy is also now back doing television work through Insight Cable hosting their "Hoosier Shopping" program on various stations and even their Video On Demand system.
In 2005 while she was still just a "Fill-in" reporter (working on both radio AND television - the ABC affiliate, WRTV Channel 6) and busy building her own business, Mindy was named "2005 1st runner-up Best Traffic Reporter" by Nuvo News Magazine. Prior to this, she was the TV Kids Host "Commander KC" for the WB affiliate WTTV Channel 4 for two years. Heather Zara joined Detroit's Local 4 in December of 2007 and is the traffic reporter during the 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm newscasts.
Before coming to WDIV, Heather worked in sports broadcasting for nearly 5 years. She attended Michigan State University, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Broadcast Journalism. In college she was an anchor and sports reporter on MSU's student news program, "Focal Point". She was also the main host and field reporter on "MSU & U", a sports and entertainment program, where she won an Emmy Award for "Best College Program". Heather also worked for the ABC affiliate in Lansing as a sports reporter and producer and also spent some time on the Delmarva Peninsula, covering sports in Salisbury, Maryland.
Before venturing into broadcasting Heather spent many years as a professional dancer; She was a member of the 2002-2003 AFL Detroit Fury Cheerleaders and a member of the Detroit Pistons Dance Team, Automotion, during their championship season from 2003-2004.

2006 Houston Texans Cheerleader Amanda is a former reporter. A former television news reporter for a network affiliate, Amanda now prepares corporate executives and government officials for local and national media interviews. Amanda attended Loyola University on an academic scholarship. She graduated with honors and earned her BA in Broadcast Journalism, with a minor in sociology, in less than three years.

Ashley White joined WPLG-TV in Miami in January 2006.
She was born and raised in Douglasville, Georgia and is the weekend traffic reporter at Local 10. She attended college at Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia on an athletic scholarship where she also won the title of Miss Columbus State University.
Ashley went on to compete in the Miss Georgia Scholarship Pageant where she was able to implement her platform, “Cancer Awareness and Education”, all across the state of Georgia via the radio, television and scheduled speaking engagements. She was also the Area Director for a non-profit organization Queen for a Day and HEROES in which she hosted parties at cancer facilities to help raise the self-confidence and self-esteem of pediatric oncology patients.
Ashley transferred to the University of Miami and graduated with honors while receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a double minor in Business Law and English. While attending UM she enjoyed cheering on the ‘Canes as a UM Coed Cheerleader. She was also chosen to represent the ACC in the Athlon Sports Sideline Spirit contest.
In 2007 Ashley became a Miami Dolphins Cheerleader.

A while back Sasha asked for help in tracking down the identity of the professional cheerleader that had danced the most consecutive seasons with one team. We got a lot of responses; thanks to everyone who helped out. With the info we received, I got the idea to start a mini-Hall of Fame of Pro Cheerleading. We're not really sure in what direction this will go or how it will evolve, but for the moment here are the Pro Cheerleader and Dancers with 10+ seasons on the field and/or court.

Amy Jo was the first dancer to become a member of all three dance teams at US Airways Center. In 2006 Amy Jo was named the Dance Team Coordinator for the Sidewinders, the dance team for the AFL Arizona Rattlers. When she's wasn't dancing or choreographing Amy Jo was an incredibly popular high school math teacher. As of February 2008 she is the Director of the Denver Nuggets Dancers and the Colorado Crush Girls.

Vihky has been with the Redskins organization for three years as the assistant coach of the nationally ranked Junior Redskins All-Star Cheerleaders, Co-Director of the Redskins Dance Camps, a Washington Redskins Cheerleader Ambassador and as a coach for the Junior Redskins Cheerleaders. Vihky has enjoyed dance since her youth and has been active in such dance groups as Urban Moves and X-Faction, and currently dances with the Capitol Movement Project. She has taken her dancing skills on tour to countries such as Egypt, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Macedonia, Bosnia, Germany, Jordan, and many others. Vihky has choreographed routines for many local dance groups and artists and was also seen in Crystal Waters' music video, "Just Say Hey."

 Adriana - United States Air Force- Washington Redskins Cheerleaders Ambassadors After graduating high school Adrianna enlisted in the U.S Air Force and she has been been proudly serving on active duty for eight years. She's also currently pursuing a degree in Veterinary Medicine.

April is an 8-year member of the US Army. She initially joined the military in 1998 as an Financial Analyst and has had the opportunity to visit places such as Korea, Canada, Germany, Hawaii, Japan and various places across the U.S. From repelling out of helicopters and to qualifying on various assault weapons, to providing her fellow soldiers with financial management assistance, her tenure in the military has been nothing short of rewarding. April's decision to join the Army came with her aspiration to give back society and to do something totally different from what her family and friends had done after graduating high school. She has to admit, it was a bit terrifying but was nonetheless confident in her decision. April believed that it would yield a great reward in the end and what was once a sacrifice, has turned into a window of opportunity and a remarkable experience! While April's tenure in the Army is approaching an end, one thing she will definitely take with her on her life's next chapter is a profound outlook on life! "We have so much to be thankful for in life and sometimes it's taken for granted. My time in the military has taught me a lot and I have learned to embrace all that I am blessed with, and WITHOUT." April is a graduate of the Univ. of Maryland with a degree in Business Administration, as well as a degree in Management. She was a 2 year veteran of the MISL Champions, the Baltimore Blast and was co-captain for the 2005-2006 season.

I joined the Navy after college to be a fighter pilot. After going to OCS, they threw me out because I couldn't figure out how to take a shower and get ready in fewer than five minutes. Just kidding! I actually had poor depth perception which eliminated me from the flight program. 2006 is Carla's 2nd season with the Falcons Cheerleaders.
 Danielle - United States Marine Corps - Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders Danielle cheered for the Eagles in 2007. She's a Psychology student at Philadelphia University and plays in a band. We hope to learn more about her time in the Marines later in the season.
 Erin - United States Army Reserve - Buffalo Jills Erin is a graduate of Buffalo State College. She served was a Sergeant and nine-year veteran of the US Army Reserve and served in Gulf War I. She represented the Buffalo Jills at the 2002 Pro Bowl.

 Jana - United States Air Force - Oakland Raiderettes Originally from Sulphur, Louisiana, Jana attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College, in Wesson, Mississippi, where she began working on a degree in business management. She is a member of the United States Air Force and is involved in the Air Force Sergeants Association, the "Voice of the Enlisted." Jana currently works as a radiology technologist at a military hospital. 2007 is her second year with the Raiderettes.

She graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1998 with a mathematics degree and earned her wings in 2000 as a P-3 pilot. While at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, Calif., she decided to try out for the cheerleading team, using her free time, with the Navy's permission. Jany cheered for the 49ers for 2 seasons. She represented the Gold Rush at the 2005 Pro Bowl.

 Jessica - United States Air Force Reserve - United States Navy - Washington Redskins Cheerleaders Ambassadors Jessica was enlisted in the Air Force for nearly 4 years, and then received a direct commission as an officer in the Navy.
Back when she was with the Air Force Jessica said ittaught her so many lessons that she carries with her in her civilian life, and has really shown her what she's made of. Prior to trying out for the Ambassador team, she was impressed with the Redskins organization because of all of their involvement with USO tours and other military support. She knew that this is something she wanted to be a part of.

 Jessica - United States Navy - Buffalo Bandettes
Jessica enlisted after high school and spent four years (2003-07) on active duty in the Navy, six months of it as a boatswain’s mate aboard the USS Carl Vinson.
Talking about her time in the service Jessica says, “I dropped anchor, moored the ropes to the piers, was in force protection and stood watch with a .50 caliber. I’d stand watches all over the ship and worked transferring cargo and fuel from ship to ship. We were on a support mission and our planes did go to Iraq and Afghanistan.”
Jessica is in the Individual Ready Reserves until 2010 and could be called up at any time.
 Kelly - United States Air Force - Buffalo Jills Kelly served nine and a half years of active duty for the Air Force. 2006 is Kelly's 5th season with the Jills - the third as captain.
 Marcia - United State Marine Corps - Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders Marcia was a Miami Dolphins Cheerleader for 4 years (1998-2001), a Captain and a member of the Showteam. Marcia says, "After my husband and kids, the Marine Corps and Cheerleading are the two best things to ever happen to me."
 Marisa - New York Air National Guard - Buffalo Jills Marisa is a senior airman with the security forces squadron of the 107th Air Refueling Wing. She was also a Buffalo Jill for the 2000 and 2003 seasons. Marisa was the cover model for the Jills 2000-2001 Swmisuit Calendar.

 Mark - Maryland Army National Guard - Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders Mark is a Captain in the Maryland Army National Guard. He was a six-time Baltimore Ravens Cheerleader before his unit was activated and he shipped out to Iraq.

 Michelle - United States Army Reserve - Baltimore Colts Cheerleaders Michelle is the first woman and first African-American command sergeant major of the Army Reserve. She cheered for the Baltimore Colts sometime prior to 1984.

 Nicole - Minnesota Air National Guard - Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders Nicole is a Senior Airman in the Minnesota Air National Guard, a student at the University of Minnesota and in her first season (2007) with the Vikings Cheerleaders.
 Rachel - US Army ROTC - Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders Rachel is currently (2008) in her second season with the Eagles Cheerleaders. She is a Cadet in The US Army ROTC Program at Drexel University where she is studying History and Political Science. When she's not cheering Rachel says she can be found doing pushups for the army. We hope to learn more about Rachel during the season.
 Rachel - United States Navy - Washington Redskins Cheerleaders Rachel graduated from James Madison University with a BS in Nursing and now works in a military hospital.

 Rebecca - Canadian Forces Air Command - Winnipeg Blue Lightning Rebecca is an Air Traffic Controller for the Canadian Armed Forces. She was recently stationed in Winnipeg and wanted to make a special connection with her new community. Rebecca says that becoming a cheerleader seemed to be an excellent way to meet people, become involved in the community and have an opportunity to dance and perform at the same time.

 Shanna - United States Air Force - San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush Shanna is an Integrated Avionics Technician at Travis Air Force base. Ironically even though she's an airman she has a fear of flying. Shanna cheered for the 49ers for the 2006 season.

 Stacy - United States Air Force - Virginia Lady Royal's Dance Team Stacy was born and raised in Montana. After 2 years of college in Wyoming, she enlisted in the US Air Force. She served four years honorably before working as a civilian for the Department of the Air Force. She now works for the Presidential Helicopter Program. She has over 15 years of dance and cheerleading experience and was a member of the 2006 Lady Royal's dance team; dancers for the Virginia Kings Minor League football team.
